Choose to receive SMS or email notifications on specific banking activities on your bank, card or investment account. You will alerted when there is a transaction on your account, your cheque has been cleared or your Time Deposit is due to mature.
Furthermore, Alerts on demand allows you to receive instant account information about your account with a simple SMS request to 7CITI(72484).
From 13th February 2012, Monday, our suite of Citi Alerts has been enhanced to provide customers with more details on their transaction and account information, giving them a greater peace of mind when they bank with us.
With these enhancements, customers will automatically be enrolled with all the below mentioned alerts in the next few months with a threshold of SGD 1,000. Customers can choose to amend the alert trigger threshold at anytime, by logging in to Citibank Online. Please note that the maximum threshold amount that customers can set is at SGD 10,000 on the mandatory alerts.

Banking Security Tips
To help you maintain the highest level of security in your everyday banking experience, here are some tips you can follow:
- Do not share your Login ID and Password with anyone.
- Do not send personal and confidential information to the bank via email.
- Do not sign on any blank/incomplete form.
- Advise the bank immediately of any potential compromise of password.
- Safeguard your personal checkbook and/or online security device.
- Only Bank Tellers are authorized to handle cash transaction. Do not hand cash to any other Bank personnel. Alternatively, you may deposit cash using our Cash Deposit Machine.
